Repeat business is what keeps Ray Hamilton busy in the competitive field of real estate. An agent since 1988, Ray has a growing list of clients who count on him for their real estate needs. They look to his knowledge of the area market, which includes village, rural and lake properties, to guide them through the often complicated process of buying and selling property.

Ray has been on Keuka Lake and lived in Penn Yan since 1977. For 11 Years he served the Village of Penn Yan as a trustee and was deputy mayor for two years and is very optimistic about the future of the area.

He and his wife, Susan, a retired physical education teacher, have two grown children, Lyn, of Allentown, PA, and Matthew, of Bradenton, FL.
